one-on-one EFT Intuitive sessions
Sessions are offered through GoogleMeet. The link will be included in your confirmation email once you have booked your session.
Before the session
Make sure you are in a private, safe space where you will not be disturbed
Wash your hands (we will be tapping the meridians on the face)
Have a glass of water ready next to you
Put your phone on silent, and make sure you have gone to the restroom
During the session During your healing session, we will:
Go through the script that spirit has given to me prior to the session. We will discuss the belief patterns, event and/or emotional trigger that needs to be cleared.
We will do several rounds of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) using the script from spirit, reducing the intensity of the core beliefs from 10 - 0.
We will end with a positive script, meant to accelerate you in a positive direction after having cleared the negative belief in the shadow round.
After the session
Depending on what we're able to clear during the session, I will send you the EFT script(s)/audio(s) for you to continue tapping on your own
If we are unable to completely reduce to the intensity of all emotions during our session, you can continue to tap on the shadow script
The positive EFT script is a manifestation script that should be used daily to invite in the new energy
Distance reiki & shamanic energy work
During the time slot you choose, please find a calm, relaxing place where you can lie down and close your eyes. Make sure you will not be disturbed:
Choose a time when you will be alone, or inform others in the household that you will need privacy
Turn your phone to silent
Find a comfortable position lying down on the bed, close your eyes and bring your attention to the sensations of your body
Tip: If you like, you can have a paper and pen next to you. Notice the sensations in your body, write down your experience (if you wish), but also allow yourself to simply relax. If you need to sleep, allow yourself to do so.
Make sure you have downtime after the session in order to process, and/or sleep if necessary
I will send you a short summary of the work done within 48hrs of the session.
