Reiki is a sacred initiation that brings us closer to who we are. It binds us - sometimes for the first time, sometimes as a remembering - to our healing abilities. It is a symbolic ritual towards our own commitment to self-healing. Through Reiki, we deepen our relationships with self, and offer that up to others, creating a cosmic domino effect. 
By introducing yourself to the vibration of Reiki, you deepen all your relationships and find a path that is beneath ego - there, whispering until Reiki brings it to the surface - allowing you to connect with that deep self and summoning all the intuitive abilities that come with it. Join Esné on this journey towards finding yourself - your true self - and sharing that light with the world.
This workshop includes the following:

Cleansing the heart

In this Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping circle, we will learn how to tap on the meridians and release any blocks in the heart chakra, so that we can connect to the body-felt sense. After clearing this old energy, gratitude journals will be used - alongside tapping - to refill the heart with our authentic desires.

​Preparing for birth of the new
